This set of parts is customized for foreign customers.As shown in the figure, the material of these two parts is SKD11, and the heat treatment requirement is hrc58-60, the tolerance requirement are ±0.01mm, and the finish requirement are RA0.8. We use precision CNC lathe to process this kind of small batch parts.And we use a small external grinding machine to process the precise dimensions.The inner hole of another part is machined with small inner lapping.The matching relationship between these two types of workpiece is slippery. The flat position of the part is processed by the surface grinder.After reelectroplating, the dimensional tolerance of each part shall be re-inspected and the matching verification shall be carried out.
